Tailored Design Experience
Step One
Share us products link and your requestment
- Share with us the product link/ model number from our website or other website.
- Your specific customization requirements (dimensions, finishes, structure...etc)
- Application photos or sketches (helps us recommend optimal solutions)
Step Two
Provide Technical Drawing
- Upon customer request, our design team will deliver a detailed drawing within 1–2 days to ensure manufactured products meet expectations before manufacture.
- Lampthe will send customers the picture of the color sample, to make sure customers will chose the right color.
Step Three
Manufacture
- After drawing and requirement confirmation, manufacturing takes 7–11 business days.
- Before shipping, Lampthe will share product photos for final approval.
Step Four
Goods delivery
- After photo confirmation, goods will ship via air or sea.
- Upon delivery, please inspect the items and contact us immediately if any damage occurs — Lampthe will resolve the issue promptly.
- Goods cannot be returned due to it's customized lightings
Step Five
After-Sale & Lightings Review
- For any questions while using our lights, feel free to contact us—they come with a 2-year warranty.
- As a thank-you, customers who leave a review on our website will receive a special gift from Lampthe.
